How to Make Quick Ground Beef Dinners Even Faster

  • Use a wide pan: ground beef browns faster when it is not crowded.
  • Keep two frozen sides on hand: cauliflower rice and a frozen veggie blend save time.
  • Pick a flavor lane: taco, Italian, Greek, or stir fry. Same base, different tasty meal.
  • Build a repeatable plate: beef /vegetables/sauce or topping.
  • Meal prep: Consider batch cooking your meat for the week so you can just heat up as needed. Learn more about this strategy here: Ground Beef Meal Prep Ideas
