In this week's episode, Madison Madden shares her insights on ayurvedic medicine, yoga and what she has learned about her own health. She spent most of her childhood ill due to poor immune function. Exploring ways to better her health created a passion for nutrition and practices to support mental and physical well-being. 

As part of her healing, she  found a spiritual teacher and learned more about the energetic lifestyle properties of yoga and Ayurveda. When combined with yoga, Madison found that Ayurveda significantly impacted her health. 

Her love of these ancient practices led her to become an Ayurvedic Doctor so she could help others heal.  Due to her training, Madden treats physical health issues within a system that treats the person as a whole energetic being; mind, body and spirit.
