Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the zucchini in the olive oil for about 5 minutes or until slightly tender.
Add garlic and cook for a minute.
Remove the zucchini mixture from the skillet and set aside.

Stir in the zucchini mixture and season with salt and pepper.
