Instructions
Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a glass.
Use a muddler or fork to crush together the mint and lime.
Add the remaining lime wedges and simple syrup.
Muddle the mixture again.
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour in the rum and top with club soda.
Stir, garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy!
