Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Pour the broth into butter and add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, stir to combine.
Add half of the xanthan gum and whisk briskly. Once it's incorporated, add the rest continuing to whisk until smooth.
Place the thyme sprigs in the gravy and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the thyme sprigs and bring the gravy to a boil, whisking constantly.
Remove the gravy and serve hot.
