The carbs in this recipe come from whole foods...blueberries! To reduce the carb count, feel free to use half the amount of blueberries and add in some sugar free blueberry extract.

Instructions
Place all ingredients except the sparkling water into a Vitamix, nurtribullet or blender and puree until smooth.
Taste to adjust sweetness, if desired.
Place the mixture into a large pitcher, pour in the sparkling water and stir to combine
Serve in lovely cocktail or highball glasses and garnish with a twist of lemon and mint leaves, if desired.
