Dr. Christo Frangopoulos is a dual board-certified physician in Anesthesiology and Lifestyle Medicine and a certified personal trainer who serves on the Heal Nourish Grow Medical & Nutrition Advisory Board.
He graduated with honors from The Ohio State University before earning his Doctor of Medicine at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year.
While practicing as a traveling physician at hospitals across the country, Dr. Frangopoulos recognized the severity of the American health crisis firsthand. This experience led him to pursue additional certification as a personal trainer and earn a second board certification in Lifestyle Medicine through the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.
He founded AtlasMD360, an evidence-based continuing education platform that provides accredited coursework for health, wellness and fitness professionals, including programs accredited for AMA Category 1 credits, NBHWC, NASM, AFAA, ACE, ACSM and ISSA.
