Why I Built This Quiz

After years of running Heal Nourish Grow, I noticed a pattern. People would land on one article, maybe a wearable review or a recipe, and never discover the other content that could genuinely help them. Someone reading about the Hume Band vs. Whoop might also benefit from my deep sleep guide, but they would never find it.

This quiz solves that. It takes what I know about health optimization across six key areas (sleep, nutrition, wearables, protein, longevity, and kitchen health) and matches you to the resources that will actually move the needle for where you are right now. What The Quiz Covers
